The Oregon Department of Emergency Management (OEM) announced that the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has approved Governor Tina Kotek's request for SBA Administrative Declarations following severe storms, flooding, landslides, and mudslides that impacted the state in March and April of 2025. This declaration provides disaster assistance to Oregon businesses, homeowners, renters, and nonprofit organizations in affected counties.

The available loan types include home loans, with up to $500,000 for property damage and $100,000 for personal belongings, business loans for physical damage up to $2 million, and Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDL) for economic losses, also up to $2 million.

For areas affected by flooding between March 13 and 20, 2025, in Coos, Curry, Douglas, Jackson, Josephine, Klamath, and Lane counties, application deadlines are August 25, 2025, for physical damage and March 24, 2026, for economic injury. For flooding that occurred between March 12 and April 15, 2025, in Crook, Deschutes, Grant, Harney, Lake, and Malheur counties, the deadlines are the same for physical damage (August 25, 2025) and economic injury (March 25, 2026).
